Problem is inflation rate of 7% 1) School fees increases by 10% 2) Insurance premiums increase by 14 - 15% 3) Rent increase by 8 - 10% 4) Food inflation at least 7% And most important is salary on average increase by 6 - 7%. Jobs won't be there after the age of 60 years and you will live till age of 85 - 90 years with medical advances. You need money to grow at faster pace.
