REITs are a FIXED INCOME, HEDGE against your equity. It's a medium to generate passive income, or you could see it as a way to build discipline and liquidity to buy a RE later on in life (For eg. Keep investing in REITs for 20 years and once you have a good profit sell it to buy a home/commercial property etc). Can't compare it with equities or FDs

You can buy as low as 1 unit for REITs in India are priced currently at ~ INR 300-350. You dont need 15K.(No such minimum threshold)

REIT investes 80% in developed project and 20% in Under construction property but the reit has to sell the 20% under construction property to generate massive returns from it. They will become more lucrative because you can earn 2-3 times of that 20% investment you hold in REITs.

@vivek Kaul: reit now a days have a good volume so you can liquidate within seconds and you can buy reit from 270rs and so on and you can also buy a single unit as of now.

Not true. When bought low you could make an serious amount of money. Please check how much embassy reit has run up in last one year. I have made 25% return and an additional 8% in dividends. It is more than good enough for me

this guy does not have a knowledge embassy listed at 300 now its 390 and appreciation is 30 percent from listing till date.. and the Divident which we get its around 6 percent so its way about 10%.. this guy comes with not the latest knowledge.. same thing with mindspace.. it has given almost 30 percent return in last 3 years

Please do your research before doing a video. The information shared here is pretty old. No research has been done recently for example the minimum investment amount is not 10k you can buy one unit as well. The point on low liquidity is also not correct. Keep yourself updated before making an video
