I just saw a couple of your videos. Since your subject to camera distance is more or less fixed - stay on manual focus. Try to keep your camera sensor parallel to the paper and third - try to do a manual white balance. See if that changes your videos. The videos on how to white balance are there on my channel.

@GMAX Sir, I have started using D5600 (with 18-140mm kit lens) and now I wish to buy a prime lens. Being a student I have less budget for the lens now (within 15000). My main interest is on portrait, landscape and street photography. I have read many forums and watched different videos. But I got very confused between 35mm and 50mm lens. I read from few forums that 35mm lens is good wide angle in cropped sensor but the quality of images (specially bokeh and sharpness) is not as good as 50mm lens. You should mention that your video is for a full frame camera as focal length for 50mm lens on a crop sensor camera will be around 70-75mm, don't make people confused. 35mm lens will be around 52mm on a crop sensor camera which all say that a standard lens.

If you are going for low price prime lens both 24mm and 50mm are the best. In indoor like weddings, programs photography/videography 24mm is better. 24mm is better in outdoor for landscape too if you are using crop sensor lens. 50mm on the other hand has better background blur but recommend for outdoor free space photography/videography. In indoor sometimes you may not have enough space so 50mm limitation for indoor. Better buy both 24 n 50mm, you will never regret after buying, both are handy lenses less weight and sharp lenses.

Just a reminder if you have a crop sensor camera the lens will work like an 80mm lens most of the crop sensors are 1.6 times smaller so we multiply the focal length with 1.6 which gives us 80mm.
