It actually means: "Oh Allah, send peace/blessings upon Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and the family of Muhammad (PBUH), just as you sent blessings upon Ibrahim (May peace be upon him) and the family of Ibrahim (May peace be upon him), verily, you are the most praiseworthy, the most glorious."

Shaykh Abdul Majid Bhaisaab aapko deen ki achi malumaat hai.. ap @ExMuslimSahil ya @AdamSeekerUrdu ya @ExMDeeniBhai pe jaake deen ka difa karo... ye log roj hamare nabi paak ke baare me galat baate bol ke puri ummat ko gumrah kar rahe hai. hum muslimo ki bahut dil azari kar rahe hai.. aapko allah ka vasta hai, aap jaaye in logo ke channels pe aur inka muh band kare. amen
