Read up on the Cristeros, so called because of their battle cry, ¡Viva Cristo Rey! Protecting family, Eucharist, calling people out for blasphemy and idolatry. Sins that cry to heaven for vengeance. It’s okay to stop evil people without being disordered in anger.

Anger is unlawful when it deviates from reason and when the punishment is too severe. Anger must be just and only in the measure it is deserved. Motivated from charity. Unlawful anger is a great obstacle to spiritual progress. Reflection. Must step back and look at the situation. Forgive like we are forgiven

"God cannot forgive you if you do not forgive first, " a priest once told me. If Christ died for unrepentant sinners, showing His mercy, then I am lost as to how He is supposedly with holding His mercy if you don't forgive first. He first gave His mercy, right?

What a great sermon by this priest! Anyone can can justify anger by cherry picking the bible but it is the correct interpretation given by the church that matters and the need to assent. Key words: Anger is the IRASCIBLE APPETITE motivated by (?)

If anger is your dominant fault, it will be very difficult to overcome. Prayer, Rosary and asking God for help at Mass and most especially at the Consecration. Consecration is the highest point in the Mass where God comes down from heaven, where the door between time and eternity is opened during this time. This is where you make your holy intentions and to pray with great Humility and Love for God. God will answer you, but your heart has to be open. You ay need to keep asking and bombard God with your prayers. You have to show God how much you really mean what you asked of Him and you will need to do your part to control your anger. The devil knows your weakness(es). Protect it. We Catholics have so much at our disposal and we all need to be aware and know more about our Catholic Faith that is blessed with so many graces if only we make and take advantage of them. @@STAR-RADIANCE That's what we call a straw man. You are not disagreeing with the Pope. You are probably agreeing with him. He probably doesn't think anger is a sin either. You *are* disagreeing with Pope St Gregory and St Thomas Aquinas. Anger, according to the greatest minds of the Church throughout history, is a sin. It's only recently this "anger is not a sin" nonsense has started up. You are spreading heresy while self-righteously patting yourself on the back for being better than your neighbour. You should pray for the Pope and confess your sins.

Righteous anger is ok. Anger for it’s same is not. Scrupulosity is also bad….and some of us struggle with that more than anger. The title of this video is inaccurate and inflames Scrupulosity.
