Why is Another VAN Doing a LONDON Bus Route?

Nice! A lot of non-tfl routes use normal buses like the 146 MMC's to go down roads as tight as this so I believe it would be possible to have the same bus go to Downe still. However the vans pass oncoming traffic a lot easier so that saves the route from delays. Either way interesting to have vans do part of the 146.

Rare (for this day and age) manual Sprinter minibus. I used to drive Stuart's of Carluke Sprinters (all automatics) on bus routes, they were quite fun especially as the newer ones had bluetooth and DAB in the stereo so you could play music, and the sound systems were decent. One of the older ones (same age like the one in your video) had no speed limiter so was exciting on the country roads, though no bluetooth or DAB on that.

Well no, Solos aren't vans at all. They're still buses with a completely different interior layout to vans. The R8 ones just had short wheelbases
