What happens is farmers can't afford to pay people enough to work the land so they end up losing it to taxes to the bank. For discriminatory reasons it doesn't matter if you're a foreign investor or not as long as there's no legal reasons to deny a sale the banks are forced to sell the land.

The US lands wasn’t the original lands to build, and the bottom of the lands with the chemicals is not good to grow farming; however, those farmlands must be checkup first before put to works as farming’s. Therefore, the farming is good but without nutritions! If we cleanup after then make sure the nutritions to growth year after years, not to building houses again; the farming just same as so many things that the more used then contain the nutritions more strongest year after years.
