Maybe your cheese burgers are cheap, but your greens and fruits are more expensive than a cheese burger. It's the exact opposite here, and that, my dear friend, is one of the reasons why obesity is a bigger problem in the US than in Denmark. Cigarettes are also expensive because they try to make people NOT buy them because it's extremely unhealthy, and why encourage people to go and get friggin lung cancer? And the thing about sports, it all depends on who you are. And soccer and handball are at least 10 times more popular than hockey in Denmark.

Where do you shop in Denmark may I ask? You can buy 500g of organic clementines for around 18 kr. A clementine weighs around 40g so that means that one organic clementine only costs around 1.30-1.50 kr. Definitely not expensive. And the non-organic ones are even cheaper!
