Hi it's good however since GOV banks has not provided any SIP schemes, I am abit worried for other class A banks , who knows after 30 yes of Investment the bank may bankrupt 😂 for that reason I stopped SIP as it seems to be compounding but I cannot give my money and time for 30 years I rather invest in silver

Note: Nepali tend to buy GOLD jewellery for investment ( which I think is not good ) as shopkeeper will add at least 8% jarti, and when we sell again 8% is deducted Recently i found it is only for jewellery So if any of you are thinking to invest in GOLD then buy a gold thread which let you save all those jarti related stuffs cost

Gold will maintain with Inflation but wont make you rich 3. in the Past investment vehicles were minimal so people invested a lot on gold. Now there are a lot of options so think twice 4. Gold prices in Nepal > India because of import tax rates 5. Gold Jewerelly is not an investment. Making charges + Hard to sell 6. No Digital Gold in law in Nepal. India has Soverign Gold Bonds so Physically holding gold is not required in India as an investment. 7. Nepal: buy Gold Coins via NRB Taksar Bibhaag (2.5gm,5gm ,20gm) according to Market Value. Extra Charges will be less by alsmost 5,000 if bought from NRB.
