Wow you have poured your heart out. 😄 Personally I'm self employed and never worked in corporate. Regarding the HDFC case, I hope coming forward managers are more cautious and afraid of behaving like this given the possibility that they might end up on youtube lol. HR can't fix this culture, social media backlash fear might. I'm just happy imagining that the life of that particular VP must have become hell after this leak. That's good. He deserves it.

Na. That guy has given 15 years to HDFc, nothing will happen to him. They he only suspended him. They will probably send him to 3-4 months sabbatical and after the issue subsides, quietly bring him back. He is not the problem, he's just part of the problem. Pretty sure he's also getting it hard from his bosses, therefore this frustration

What you are saying, is undoubtedly 100 percent right...i have already faced it a lot.. that's cause suffering mental illness or ocd....what i have seen during job in noida, selling health insurance portability service, only for 2 months, was very stressful and dreadful just for two pennies so that you only can survive... it's very painful for every Indian employee... especially i have seen girls are facing a lot problems too, physically, mentally and soully....she never can deny willingly... when so called senior, TL, RM says to go along with me for physical relationship 24*7 hours...she has to be ready for that....after observing all this i have quit .... waiting for world devastation by God or any almighty.... since all the employees suffering from mental disorders....

It's not only in private or corporates recently canara bank concall leaked where the manager was behaving same as mr pushpal !! Also recently young CA Ana sebestian from kochi , Kerala based in Pune EY, died because of toxic work culture ! These are just few which came into highlights god knows how many went unnoticed!

I remember in TCS pharmacovigilance sector (2009-2010) one of our leader suddenly started shouting at me without any issues becoz he thought during meeting i must be thinking something else(is this a reason..so weird..the way he was reacting..i felt..whole tcs is kind of inhuman company dont know eho is this ratan tata protected all these beasts..) I dont know what was happening.. Also they hv showed some mistake which wasn't a mistake in my work it was very correct but made me to write a apology letter. TCS is most fishy place.. They dont hv morals and leaders are sadakchhap chapris who destroys their associates life just becoz they feel insecurity.... I still remember that stupid leader. I remember he was actually promoted very well. Now he is running a shoe shop just within 6-7years in employment. Now after bioclinica thrown him out 😅😅

That's why I always prefer govt job. Power, handsome salary and respect all are there. And above all I have job security. I have time for myself. I won't allow anyone to interfere in my personal life

Thats too is myth. It's worse in govt jobs, there is no concept of overtime pay for officers as it is a part of service rules that an officer should be available for duty 24*7. also you cannot leave your station without prior permission and approval.

Overall, India work culture is bad. I worked in Kolkata and Pune both. Recently, one death in EY Pune shows the ugly toxic picture of India's work culture. These Indians make work culture toxic when they work abroad.
