Ya guy's you should clean the gray construction sand very careful because it's normally contains a cement like particals which should be get harder like concrete. Simply follow the steps that our teacher shared. Happy day.

aww thank you so much..yes you’re absolutely right that grey powder can retain moisture and does get compact over period of time just like cement …👍🏼😊

Washing grey sand felt like how we wash rice 😂 N i really like how you never let anything go to waste! A suggestion: u can make a reel on how u make ur pots.

what a coincidence i was about to make a video with the leftover fine dust of garden soil will upload soon ...yes actually as i was making the video i still wasted a lot of water usually i wash the sand directly in bucket with the filter after 48 hours the dust settles down and the water is crystal clear i use that water for plants ...haha maybe will show in next video i just hate to waste water it so so essential and precious

oh ok just dig a little bit and take it home… filter and see if you can get anything if no …..then looks like they have already filtered and left the fine sand aside at times they do that…. if it’s fine like salt don’t use …I think they might have already filtered it

The ones we have in Delhi NCR region, yamuna sand should never be used. All I get is no growth and fungal infection whenever I use that sand. So I order mine from amazon.

Very informative video, nd very important one as well. People dont understand the difference between river sand and this gray construction sand. Initially i used this gray sand without filtering and washing for my succulents soil mix and they tend to die because the soil is holding too much water for too long. In my area there is only gray sand available and no river or silica sand. Now im using no.2 chicken girt and it works fine for me.
@LushGardener
@LushGardener Жыл бұрын
yes the fine dust holds a lot of moisture very true ...yes same in my case river sand is banned so its only the grey sand ...wow glad the chicken grit has been working out well for you :)..where did you buy it from ?
@peeyushbajpai6466
@peeyushbajpai6466 Жыл бұрын
@@LushGardener chicken grit sold at paint or construction store as chicken peas. It comes in various sizes, no. 0 the finest (1-2mm) to no.5 about 8-10mm.
