I found it easier to buy tickets in the invincibles season when we had 20,000 fewer seats. I'd never had problems before but since the World Cup our home games have been almost impossible with Silver Membership.

Thanks for the video. I have been a Silver member since they were first introduced. Until now, I have never had trouble getting tickets, even during the best of times under Wenger. Now, though, it's impossible. I firmly believe that the club has reduced the number of tickets available for sale to Silver / Red members and, coupled with BOTS, the ordinary fan doesn't stand a chance of getting a ticket. Silver members are paying £55 per season, but for what? For the Wolves game, I tried to log in to the site from 0845. I eventually got in at 1100 and not one ticket was available. How are others able to log in in sooner? If you look at 3rd party ticket sellers, they are charging over a thousand pounds for a ticket. How are they getting them, assuming they are genuine. Something isn't right and Arsenal need to do something about it.

I agree. I was online from 9 for Wolves but they were gone just minutes after 10. I understand there’s more demand than supply and we won’t be able to get tickets to every single game, but arsenal are showing no loyalty at all to fans who have been supporting the club for years, I feel we should get priority!

As an international fan it seems harder to buy tickets to a game at the Emirates or any EPL stadium than it is to buy tickets for almost any other event. Even with the new balloting system this is so much more complex than it needs to be.

It’s difficult, but the clubs are trying to ensure it’s 100% arsenal fans getting tickets, and not people just coming for fun/on holiday.

Same here. I've studied, worked and lived in the UK for the last 3+ years. For the first two years I didn't get the membership because of Covid, I got the Red membership last year and was never able to get any tickets even if I queue up half an hour in advance, I couldn't even get into the seat selection page and just got stuck in the queue. It was especially difficult when the sale date was a weekday and I was in the office. Unfortunately I'm leaving the UK next year and I'm still not likely to get any ticket before I leave in Jan. At the same time ticket touts are selling tickets with ridiculous price on social media, to international students and tourists. I really want to attend a game before I leave but I'm not going to buy the illegal ticket and let the touts have my money.

Timely video. I have no luck buying tickets to an Arsenal game from state side and i really want to go see one while visiting London. I even joined the Red membership but of course no luck. My only option is to go to third party sites so that i would not fly all the way to london in vain and not being able to see my team.

I wouldn’t recommend it as lots are scams. The best thing to do is use the ticket exchange. For the few nights leading up to the game, each evening (uk time) go on the ticket exchange for the match. Lots usually come up, you just have to be quick to get one. It may take a few hours but it’s worth it.

Hi. If you don’t have a membership, the best way to get tickets is through a re seller online. Although, I don’t recommends this, as it’s expensive and you could get scammed.

The best places are website like Live Football Tickets. But if you don’t get a ticket through the membership ballot, I wouldn’t recommend risking it with a re seller.

This is super helpful. Do you have any insight into how their membership works. If we need the Family Enclosure, does all adult and junior gunner need membership separately. or is there some other way. i just can't figure out with their policies

Thanks for watching. To sit in the family enclosure, you need an adult member, and a separate child junior gunner member, together. This season they’ve changed the system though. So instead of queuing, you can enter a ballot. Then, a group of people are selected from those that have entered, to go to the match. Although, the same applies to the family enclosure - you need at least one adult member and at least one junior gunner member to sit in it.

Hi, all I can say is to be up early and try phoning/online for red sales (dates on the website) or constantly checking the Ticket Exchange. I’ve seen a lot of tickets pop up on the exchange for our Europa League games, and occasionally some league games as well. But you have to be quick as they go straight away. Good luck!

Thanks. Unless you buy from a dodgy reseller - which is illegal - there is no other way. This is so the only people that can go to games are Arsenal fans based in London with a membership.

Hello What is the difference between Gold Membership and Saison ticket holders. How many silver members and red members. Do you know the allocation between this two catégories of membership. Thank you

A gold membership is a season ticket. There’s about 205k red members, and 30,000 silver members. The number of silver members will always be 30k as it’s an invite only membership for people who have been red members for a long time. I’m not sure of the silver allocation, but red members only get about 5k seats.

Arsenal announce the date of the sale for each game a couple of months before hand. Then on the day, you have to go online/start phoning from 9am to get into a queue, before waiting for your turn in the ‘online box office’ where you have 10 mins to buy tickets - if they’re not sold out by that point!

Its going to be a ballot next season. I have friends who are red members and I used to wait until they went on sale to reds and we booked our tickets together. But now I assume once the silver window is closed thats it and thats just for the ballot. Even if say 3 reds applied together they might not all get a ticket, maybe none of them will.

Hopefully the ballot system makes it easier for everyone, but yes, it will be a lot more random as to who gets tickets and where.

​@@TFSSballot system sucks applied for every game no luck. What is going on with box office now there is que between 500_2000 just to have a look in ticket exchange. The ballot has only 1£ fee taken which means everyone all over the world is entering the ballot. Arsenal have said it's 12 per cent likely to get a ticket on red ballot membership that is BS, I have applied for 10 games in a row so have two of my mates so 30 ballot entries and not one ticket.

The scammer then proceeded to ask for the second part payment even though he didn’t transfer ticket….. no chance. How bad is that 30,000 bots running rampant these bastards. If you phone the box office, you can buy as a red member with a JG, even when it’s not open to red members. However, it’s still very difficult to get tickets even when doing this.

Enter all of the ballots this season. If you’re unsuccessful in them, spend some time refreshing the ticket exchange and tickets will eventually pop up. I managed to get to off of the exchange for Wednesday’s game vs PSV.

The answer is simple, stop selling tickets internationally... The English fans deserve to buy the tickets they want, without having competition from international scalpers who have no intention of attending games. If the list of members is so huge, Arsenal has no need to sell to an international fanbase. Put the locals first

Why sell internationally if the demand is so high locally, all this does is allow scalpers to buy tickets with no intention of attending.. further increasing the cost for local people who actually want to go and making it impossible to buy a ticket when they go on sale, so fans are forced to buy from these international scalpers... why should someone in America, Africa or Asia profit on a ticket sale that a local fan wants so that he can watch his local team, it is ridiculous The other thing is, for every single event, why doesn't the club go onto these scalping sites, see what seat numbers the scalpers have purchased and revoke the ticket purchase. Keep the money from the scalpers and resell the ticket to a local person. This would go a long way in stopping this corruption, but the club doesn't seem interested :/
