I had a small and large Sebenza 31. I sold the small knife and bought a large tanto Inkosi instead. I do wish the had a middle size knife, but the large does just fine.

Perfect minimalist blade. You could pick one of these up and use it for generations. Do I have things I’d change about it? Yes. But I don’t have an extremely successful and goated knife company. I’m deciding between a large 31 micarta, or an umnumzaan. You’re the guy I always see on shorts. I hope it’s been really fruitful for you.

The pivot design is different. I love the way the Um looks and blade but I prefer the pivot of the Sebenza. I'm in the same boat. Both beautiful knives!

I just really got into knives this year. There’s a lot of knives I really love, but there’s some that I don’t really get, and this is one of them. I mean, it looks fine, but very plain and ordinary to me. If it was $150 I might be interested, but I don’t understand the high price and all the hype. And I have paid some high prices for knives

OMG the Large Sebenza have 21cm :D Its absolutely perfect medium size EDC blade... This age calling for tiny mini small folding toothpicks is a ridiculous....

I saw the “large” Sebenza and was thinking “man.. that thing is tiny and expensive AF..” But I guess a lot of people like carrying tiny “non intimidating” knives. In the winter I EDC my Recon 1 or 4-Max most of the time. I this summer I’ve been EDCing a PM2 while wearing basketball shorts. Lol If I’m going to carry a knife, I’m going to carry a real freakin’ knife!

I have a modded small sebenza on skiff bearings that flicks open like a champ. I also have a micarta inlay large that's brand new and also flicks open with some a light flick of the wrist. If you can't flick em open, you're probably doing it wrong.
