The variety of textures in the luxrul bags is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there is something for everyone. I was also attracted by it. The price is not expensive, which is very attractive!

I have a few Loewe pieces and I love the quality. My favorite piece in my collection is a small Puzzle that I’ve had for a few years and have held up so well. I think Loewe’s popularity the past few years really was really due to the “quiet luxury” trend, but more importantly because of their quality at a more affordable prices compared to other fashion houses. Loewe’s cost has gone up quite a bit though because of it and their focus on the font logo isn’t my favorite.

The puzzle bag is such an amazing piece, I love all the aspects about it. I have been looking into some on the pre-loved market mainly because I prefer the classic over the edge. I think you're right about the popularity being in part to the quiet luxury trend, the minimal logos paired with the craftsmanship/ quality has been a winning combination for the brand. I also am not the biggest fan on the switch to the font instead of the logo I really enjoyed the logo being debossed into their bags in particular. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

Hi Alana, great video! Think this is a solid and coherent analysis. Personally I feel Loewe is overhyped atm. Quality can't compensate how expensive it's gotten and although the Puzzle and Hammock are brilliant designs, I think their recent work is more derivative. 🙈 The Squeeze is like their (better) take on the Chanel 22.

The designs are great but you’re right, that rate in which they’re increasing their prices might be a bit much. I also agree with you about the squeeze bag definitely is similar to the Chanel 22 but I also thinn the squeeze looks better haha

I have a Chanel lambskin square pearl bag and a Chanel handbag but my lambskin square petal bag I have worn 2 times and I am very careful but somehow still has small scratches on the leather and the gold on the clasp. I don’t know what happened but I paid over $3,000 for it a few years ago and I am upset that it already has scratches. No one notices now but I notice the price I paid for it. I’m saving up to buy another kislux bag now that I won’t be paying full price anymore.

I prefer the debossed anagram; the newer bags with gold foil is a turnoff as is “Loewe” written across some of their straps. Loewe has quality issues. My old puzzle bag has practically indestructible leather; but the calfskin on my mini flamencos show corner wear. I’m sure the newer lambskin versions will be even more delicate. I love the flamenco style though. Prices,of course, are now obscene so I’m definitely slowing down on the purchases.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I definitely agree with you that the debossed anagram is much nicer than the gold lettering. I am also not a big fan of the guitar straps with Loewe written all over it. I wish I had some Loewe pieces in my collection from a couple years ago because with these price increases it makes it harder to want to invest in the brand.

I honestly am living for the quiet luxury trend. While I don’t mind a logo hardware like Chanel for example I absolutely hate the monogram logo blasted all over. Bags and clothes. I personally think it’s tacky and screams that you’re trying too hard.

I think a lot of people are feeling the same way as you and this is definitely part of the reason why Loewe is doing so well. These bags are definitely more if you know you know and the quality is really great. I definitely don’t think quiet luxury is a trend that will completely die down anytime soon.
