In Feb, I was stressed because of work and faced heavy hair fall So, so after a month later, I turned to litllexttra cocoonniion hair shampoo and oil along with thir neem wood comb to help detangle. It's been about almost 3 and a half months now. I'm happy to say I've seen a noticeable decrease in hair fall. I apply oil, followed by shampooing, and wash using normal water, finishing with my trusty neem wood comb. This new routine have really worked for me.

I’ve been using cocoonioon shampoo and oil for a few months. It’s beneficial for hair growth and it has a pleasant smell. My hair fall is lessening with each use.

Argh my hair has been shedding like crazy for the last 3 months almost 4, just touching it I get a handful. I have done the protein treatment, deep conditioned, moisturizing you name it. They are mostly with the bulb at the end but so much hair! I just got an iron supplement to see if that makes any difference as I have had anemia in the past. Hopefully it is just the shedding phase.

You can also take Garlic complement, it helps a LOT

Ladies if you have heavy menstruation this may cause low iron which will cause your hair to break off and fall out. Keep up with your blood work and ask your doctor to check for low iron, diabetes, high blood pressure and thyroids all of these internal facts cause hair loss. REMEMBER: if you don’t check for it the doctor doesn’t look 👀 for it

Yeap, I am anemic. I have Iron IV regularly. I was almost bald until I found out what the problem is (my dermatologist discovered that I am anemic by doing a hair strand test). My hair finally grew back. I am so careful about my health now. I agree with the thyroid and diabetes- they also have an impact on your hair.

Love love the data...& delivery 🙄 of course! I must share: STRESS...I don’t recall my mom ever having hair on her temples UNTIL I was grown! Her secret was...divorce after 28 yrs. Address the stress!! Her edges grew back in as if they had never left!! & she learned her hair was sooo forgiving & that she never needed a relaxer nor the jerry curl she sported in the early 80’s 🙃 😂. Her hair was beautiful until chemo claimed it. She transitioned 2 wigs and the loss of her hair did NOT devastate/consume her....it hurt, of course but she kept it moving. She passed Nov 2012 slinging a layered sandy colored wig that fit her fashion sense & style perfectly....creating a standard, I’m still chasing. Her sisters hair is booooming in their 60’s...1 celebrates 66 today. They r a little thinner than they used 2 b but the hair is gorgeous. They cut it (at will) & it grows right back! & 1 is a breast cancer survivor & 2 have survived multiple heart attacks soooo lots of meds!! To make u 😂, I didn’t get their hair....exactly. YEARS ago not joking 🙃, my stylist was announcing to her loyal clients that she was sick of us bringing in pictures of our hair @ age 19 & asking her to make our hair look like that as if she were a magician 🎩 or genie🧞♀️!!! 😂(Not me...I have always lived in the NOW...loving my hair 🤗). Her professionalism was being taxed not her skill set because apparently most of her clients were between 40-50 yrs old & on blood pressure medications 😂 😝...y’all r aware that stuff impacts ur hair, right? So eat right & drink ur 💦 like Mrs. Sunny says. Back 2 my hair stylist, because she was hearing the same request she extended education about HAIR STAGES without compromising her professionalism! 👏🏾 👏🏾 ....BUT Mrs.Sunny...I am NOT doubting science, u, or my talented stylist of more than 20 plus years...I’ll b 53 Dec 2 & my relaxed hair is thicker, longer & stronger now than @ age 19 & it was gorgeous then! Genetics 🧬, yes. Has the growth slowed down, probably or with scientific certainty. But the retention is booming 💣 or🔥! Though my hair is not exactly like my mother’s & aunties it ain’t trash!! & I’m clearly retaining more hair by employing 1) Ayurvedic methods (gleaned from a cousin who insisted I try rice 💦 2018 which lead 2 natural hair channels: Green Beauty, Good Energii & Curly Proverbs), 2) fewer relaxers (result of my own divorce & financial ruin but God is a way maker), 3) better maintained relaxers attributable 2 little Mrs. Sunny & Dolce Dawn & the natural hair channels. The hair stages can be impacted w/ less stress & a good regimen!! My hair is down my shoulders & that is sooooo NOT normal...this Summer I kept swatting @ it thinking it was bugs/flies. My 16 yr old had 2 offer comfort! He had 2 tell me several times “Ma, that’s ur hair” 🙄 😳😳🤪😛😍😁. I talk 2 much. Great video 👍🏾!!

@@msnetnetjones5093 hi yes she said slow down. I meant to say slow not stop. I am in my 50's and my hair is now waist length and is growing more now then when I was younger. But that is down to how I care for my hair and also consistency. Maybe for some people in there 50's slows down.
@queenofpents34424 жыл бұрын
I think for ppl in their 50s who didn't take care of their hair it slows down, put it you've been managing it the hair will still grow. Everyone's body works differently.

I have to disagree with the age thing.My mother's hair is thick and long.My mom's hair grew to the middle of her back.My grandmother is another one that had very thick hair as well.I understand genetics but don't just say bc someone is older their hair won't grow.

I have TONs of breakage. I am often low on protein and rough with tools. I am trying to do better ya'll. I have noticed that drinking fresh pressed juices daily have made my hair and skin softer and shinier, now I just have to do better.
