Thanks Love. I have an issue with braids on my relaxed hair because my hair is fine and braids seems to put too much tension on it. Especially when its freshly retouched. I'm trying to come up with a better protective style, possibly roller sets or buns.

Trial & error without it I'd still be stuck at shoulder length or shorter. I never was one who believed in scalp massage but I challenged myself for a month, it has worked wonders my middle part is not as sparse it really filled in! I have overall fuller hair and I know it's from massaging my scalp often. The one product I can't do without is Redken Anti Snap! I have so very little breakage now! Enjoyed this video!TFS👍🏾

When I was relaxing at home I would always use the olive oil relaxer regular strength. Now that I go to a salon I never really pay attention to what she uses but I will ask on my next visit.

I think she means that we want to see your hair just air dried as, like you advised, we’re avoiding heat to help with the growth of our hair. We just want to see you without heat styled hair so we can know what to expect with our own when it’s not heat styled.

That is a great question! I never paid any attention to my porosity. I'm sure that plays a major role in why I can't use certain products.
