Okay sometimes it happens it’s the couriers fault not shein they did it to me, they told me Friday, then Saturday, then Monday and I had to call their company before I finally got it on Tuesday

Did you try tracking to see if it’s SHEIN’s fault or the courier

Try the method in the video that way you will know whose fault, if it’s SHEIN, email them and ask for a refund.. if it’s the courier, call and email their company for your goods and also download the couriers app to track it better
