Being from Uttarakhand, i hope it remains Unexplored, u dont know the consequences of such large scale tourism.. Uttarakhand is in the state of environmental crisis, govt dont give shit about environment and locals are the one to suffer... In name of tourism, govt have exploited the nature to its core, one example is sinking joshimath.., this is totally a invitation to disaster like 2013 kedarnath so its a blessing in disguise bro...

It’s beautiful but the conversions have fuelled anti-India sentiments. Place is underdeveloped because Hinduism could have acted as a glue. Christianity fuels secessionist feelings and people and governments feel close to China/Myanmar (because of ethnicity) or the west(because of religion). Nehru in 1960s banned any Hindu priests from going to NE India while letting Christian Missionaries to actively go and convert the tribals in these areas. American and European church money actively converted and cultivated feelings of alienation among NE people. Throughout 1970s and 80s China supplied arms to the secessionist groups against India. Bangladeshis and Rohingyas also settle in places where there are Hindus. They never illegally settle in Christianity dominated states of NE. It is only after 2014 that some semblance of normalcy has returned to NE.
