Shadow Banks in India are giving loans to poor villagers of India, which caused more consumption happening in Rural Areas even though there income is decreasing (that's the reason they are borrowing loans from these shadow Banks) but now rural people are not just poor, they have loan burden on their head. It is even more pathetic situation in Rural India. RBI let this happen, Real Institutional Banks like SBI, PNB, ICICI, HDFC, Allahabad Bank etc won't give loans to people because they know poor people in India won't be able to payback their loans and it cause huge pile of bad loans in Bank's account. So these Shadow Banks who will never be listed in Share Market Neither do they accessed by the government are giving loans to these poor villagers at high interest Rate like 20-25%. Now rural people are not just poor, they have loan burden on their head.

It's the actually situation right now. Village people have now been trapped in loan burden. It has already been an inescapable situation for them. And it will surely be reflected in economy after 4-5 years. Govt. should bring some regulations for avoiding loan-trapped.

Agriculture universities can play a key role by offering training and support. With these advancements, farmers can produce more crops and improve their financial condition. 2/Ensuring Fair Prices for Farmers: Currently, many dishonest middlemen, wholesalers, and distributors make more profit than farmers, leaving farmers with less income. If the government intervenes and buys crops directly from farmers, eliminating these middlemen, farmers will earn more. This will lead to greater financial stability for the rural population
