Splatoon 1 DID sell well. It sold around 5 millions copies, which if you didn't know, is almost half of the Wii U owners.

The problem with Splatoon marketing is that they point a children. I heard many people saying at school and anywhere else: you play that kids game. Like no, you never played it before, how can you know.

it's so odd the way you talk about modern Splatoon equally as WiiU Splatoon. That game franchise IS insanely popular in the west too. Excepting Splatoon 1, this game sells well, and honestly, the only reason S1 didn't sell well was 'cause the WiiU sucked ass. Not only that, the only too games that kept the WiiU alive were Mario Maker 1, and Splatoon 1, and guess what game out of those two does still have online support.
