इस कानून को नही हटाना चाहिए क्योंकि इस कानून के कारण एमपी और एमएलए डबल लाभ नही उठा पा रहे थे इस कानून के हट जाने से एमपी और एमएलए डबल कमाई करेगे और सरकार अपने पार्टी के विधायकों और सांसदों को सरकारी विभागों में नियुक्त करेगा इसमें कोई संदेह नही है। ये सरकार सिर्फ अपने पार्टी के फायदा के लिए कानून बनाती है जनता के फायदे के लिए कोई काम नहीं करती है।

It is all controversial confusing details only. Majority Part MPs of the Parliament are entrusted with the responsibility of ruling the country for the next five years after selection and taking oath of office. There the MPs have to select a chief as their PM of the ministry. The Ministers are then selected subsequently. The PM and Ministers get salaries for their function as Ministers of the country. How can they be called a part of executive and gaining income from their employment as Ministers? Do these ministers including PM get MPs pay and allowances also besides their pay as PM/Ministers of the country. Can an MP work in private sector and earn money? Can a Rajya Sabha MP like Kapil Sibal can do his business as Advocate in Supreme court of India and earn many lakhs of rupees every month apart from his salary and allowances as Rajya Sabha MP? While giving lectures please clarify these doubts. Beating around the bush and often quoting your teaching amount is not the solution to the problem. What are the real drawbacks of the old law, what was it, how repealing this will help, how govt is planning to bring new law. These need elucidation.🤣🤣🤣
