Why is the "Queen of Canada" still in a small Saskatchewan town?

A cult had moved into an old school back in the fall and the RCMP had set up a temporary detachment in the community.
Ramona Didulo, the self proclaimed "Queen of Canada," also known as the QAnon Queen, and a group of her followers have been holed up in the village for a number of months.
Didulo has issued so-called decrees against community members, leaders and the police. Some of those decrees threaten public execution.
