How the heck do you get out of bronze I need help badly

First you have to be honest with yourself and figure out how much YOU are part of the problem. But I am not gonna lie even if you feel like you are doing everything you can a lot of times the teammates are just terrible cause they are new to the game or new to hero shooters and don't know how to play as a team or that winning hinges on everyone working together BETTER than the OTHER team is working together. Also keep each other alive no matter how bad someone is doing always assist your teammates if you can while also trying to keep your head on a swivel and staying safe. As safe as you can depending on the character cause if your the tank you gotta be in there and if your a dive DPS you gotta also be in there flanking. This season FEELS like I was able to get out of Bronze from B3 easier than I was able to get out last season, I could barely stay above Bronze 1 solo. Maybe I got better maybe everyone got better ... idk but it doesn't feel as bad to me as it did last season. I am also playing DPS this season but mostly Widow (the worst character and switching to others when I feel like I need to)
