Bob Chandler might have started showing them off, but I spent a fiew years in Alaska 63/65 . The guy next door had a Jeep wagoner with tractor tires on it. I'm guessing he used a step ladder to get in. And he had friends with similar machine . I was in to drag racing so didnt pay much attention , but you couldn't miss it!

the french "road boss" had to be imported too because, those trucks are not sell in Europe (not directly, we find some, but they're really rare)

And it has duetz diesel engines not Cummins as Cummins are not air cooled and Cummins never made a v6 for heavy duty application
