Why is this AMONG US BOOK actually GOOD?? | I never read unless it is for this channel and I only ever get stupider.. it's pretty cool! But as you'll hear "Among Us a traitor in space" really surprised me with how successfully it got me INVESTED in this world and these character and oh my god wait how?? It's a book about the game AMONG US! What is happening?

This kind of like that one Minecraft book, The Island. You expect it to be a cheap tie in but they brought the guy wrote World War Z to write it, and it’s actually really compelling and entertaining, exploring survival and how one would fare in the world of mine fart with no respawns or wikis. And also Jack Black narrates the audio book for some reason?

I had a Minecraft book too called Invasion of The Overworld. It was surprisingly well written, had a good plot and multiple books I genuinely recommend it. The author almost exclusively writes those books it's so funny

I actually like the implication that the Kid was the Imposter all along (given we don’t see the final kill). With Doc trying to stop testing on others before it’s 100% Confirmed to be safe, you’d assume the Imposter is Doc and Doc is trying to stop something that’s reveal it.

I bought the book when I saw this video in my recs and saved it to watch later. I'm an avid fan of true crime and loved this game because I get to actually /be/ a detective on a murder case (without needing to be smart about it), so I was looking forward to weeding out the impostor in this book....... //spoilers// kinda sad that we don't get much of a hint. I had my suspicions on Alice, yes, but I hate how there's not much of a difference between V before he gets infected and after. He stays the same up until Alice kills the last of the crew members. Also I hated V with a passion throughout this whole book.

I finished reading the book yesterday. It was... shocking. But i don't understand. Why in the hell didn't V thought of blowing up the ship with him if he was infected and saving humanity?! I had hope he be like Dr. Terrence Kyne from dead space. His plan was to destroy the USG Ishimura ship in order to destroy the marker. However for him he failed though. And unfortunately for V. He has ended humanity.

At first, I was intrigued, but something about this book doesn’t sit right with me. Idk whether it’s the super obvious COVID metaphor (I’m tired of COVID) or the lesbian-killer being portrayed as a good guy (I’m tired of homophobia), but I just feel icky now, and I didn’t even read it.

Bad things happening to gay characters isn't homophobia unless it's happening BECAUSE they're gay characters. Unless Athena missed some really important details in this review the lesbian couple seemed to be treated with the same respect and dignity as everyone else. This whole "treating people as equals is homophobic/sexist/racist/etc." trend is playing right into the actual bigots' hands.
