Someone could do a lot with the enormous space of this structure. Huge potential. The current kitchen, and the layout, are not the optimal use of the space. Its fabulous location in Keauhou is real selling point.

This is the first home you've shown that I'd call a dud for the price. The entrance does look like a hotel lobby, and one that hasn't been cared for: calcified stains where the columns meet the water, and the tile floor in the vast open space behind the giant dolphin distraction has a bunch of miscolored tiles, which I assume were replaced due to damage; perhaps the dolphin structure leaked under the floor. All around inefficient use of space throughout the home, backyard is nothing to brag about and the lot is small. It would take another million to redo that house.

Karma Revero is the car. It used to be the hybrid Fisker Karma. Fisker filed bankruptcy and another company bought the tooling and it is now the Karma Revero. Same basic design, but full electric.

Hey Mike and the Beautiful Lisa, That Car (Revero) was originally named a Fisker (Karma) Fisker went out of business and a Chinese company bought the rights to the vehicle. Background. The Revero predecessor was first introduced by Fisker Automotive as the Karma in 2012. It was the only model produced by Fisker before it went out of business in 2013. Kindest Regards, Julian

I am taking a guess here, but the water when on comes out under the glass the undulations in the water combined with lights? A wave like effect? But the water supply needs to be purged and then the line hooked up to the soft water tank. That is line scale? Other wise I love the place.

How much of the property is sited below the lanai? The amenities of the Hale itself are a little spartan given the grandiose dimensions of the structure, and the number of stairs is a turn-off for me as well. An investment property, OK, but not a "forever Hale" for me.

Definitely use it for short term rentsl,but for a personal home ,very poor design wasted space lackluster master with more wasted space no master walk-in ,mediocre kitchen with lackluster appliances and fixtures all around. Pool area could have been build better WITH a dedicated outdoor kitchen . Just walking around it would constantly remind me of the poor design choices . Uggh
