This video in minute 20:08 is showing the exact shape she appears, I mean her appearance is not always naked. I read about Indian people are meeting her naked but Tsem Rinpoche is showing her dressed version which is elegant in the state of being happy all the time! According to this video she may appear like this for all past , present and future, because this is the exactly same I met , and even when her stick and arms got hit by the wind or dryness by the time her shape is permanently stamped showing satisfied feeling! When I saw her I got the feeling that perhaps Tibetans and Chinese people were living in Japan Nara prefecture so their prayers, flowers and gods are staying forever. I know Koreans were some of the first coming through Nara prefecture and they were shamans, but I am afraid that has nothing to do with this Yogini .

When I met this Yogini all dressed in a long skirt I doubted about her being so close to me and because she is dressed I thought this is not Yogini since many illustrations on Indian books are showing her not wearing clothes. I asked my son to see what I was meeting and he said: It's a doll? Yes, mom, you are not getting crazy, it is a woman dressed like a princess or so! What a relief, I said.

I have not heard of this deity before, it is interesting because my Mom's favorite color is red, lol ❤ She always wanted us to have red things, jacket, car, clothes, 😳 I was so tired of red. Funny though, many years ago, I had some spiritual tattoos done, there all in red ♥️ lol 😆 I guess I was being led to something, I just didn't understand it. I am still very much attracted to the Medicine Buddha, and wear a pendant. I am interested in holistic medicinal remedies and organic food, lifestyle, environmental protection, etc. TY for sharing this video, I am learning things, I really needed.

Can you still practice Vajryogini if you have not received the initiation ?

Nope, but you can chant Tara mantra and practice Tara with aspiration to practice Vajrayogini in future. With Tara you can collect enough merit and wisdom to create circumstances that will let you practice Vajrayogini. Two have the same mind, just methods are different. Also, Tara is much more easy to work with. You can begin by setting up an altar for Tara, chanting 21 Praises to Tara.

Just curious as to where you get your information from? Since there is so much misinformation on internet from unqualified teachers. I’m familiar with Tara sadhana as have received teachings and empowerment from Rinpoche (not this one) 😊 . I believe in another video, he explains that you can begin practicing outer sadhana to prepare for highest Tantra, which would be similar to the outer, inner and secret cycles of Tara sadhana . I might have understood wrong so would like a qualified opinion 🪷Thank you

Propitiate sitatapatra or simhamukha instead as they dont need initiation.
