I definitely think he needs to be paying more in child support over 10 years. The child is 10 years older and definitely needs more support because the older they get the more they need but he shouldn't be paying any of her bills because she should be working herself to contribute to her own self and her own daughter. He far exceeded his responsibility and hers, so the court should definitely take that into account. I hate to see responsible fathers get treated this way, it especially strikes a nerve with me because my children’s father was a deadbeat who does the very minimal, barely spends time and then she gets a guy who goes out of his way and she acts like this? Just terrible 😣 Women like this usually wind up getting less child support, and courts do not condone moms living off child support.
