It's nothing to do with poor hair health, it's simply genetic, and plenty of bald guys get plenty of action from women.

It just throws your facial proportions and harmony out of place if it's significant enough, that's why it's unattractive. Just like a guy who might not lose any hair but has a humongous forehead. It has nothing to do with poor hair health. Unless we're talking about rare cases of hormonal/autoimmune issues or extreme malnutrition, male hair loss is strictly genetic. ~1 in 4 men have significant noticeable hair loss in their 20s and more than half in their 40s.

It's associated with sickness. Hair can be used to convey certain traits such as health, wealth, status, it can be manipulated to suit a variety of outcomes. Inconvenient in terms of weather conditions. Superstition. Any trait that was highly exceptional and indicating absence of the norm (hair in this case) could have been contrived with bad luck, evilness etc.

It's also true that having great sex with a "type" you hadn't previously found attractive can rejigger your personal definition of what constitutes "hot." This can apply to any physical trait - baldness, shortness, weight, race, age, etc.

See a dermatologist, this reply is not medical advice but they are likely going to rec you some combo of finasteride, oral minoxidil, and topical minoxidil. Maybe dermarolling, too. Styling your hair and getting the right cut can mask thinning quite a bit. Catching it early is best, if I were in your position I’d try to defend my hairline, but plenty of dudes look sick with a buzz.

I love how you did a quick insert of Dwayne Johnson. I was going to say Dwayne Johnson and Bruce Willis are two men who look better bald than when they had hair. I know people forget either of them had hair before but do a quick google search and you'll know what I mean. Baldness is a common insecurity but Dwayne Johnson is prime example when it can actually look better.

You'll notice that ALL attractive bald men put in significant gym time to maintain a very high level of fitness, low fat, and a strong, thick neck, which also helps the jawline.

@@Ladeliciadelinda And is he also bald?
@mayodog15915 ай бұрын
@@rettbutler1312 No, he's probably not bald. I think your observation went over her head. You're absolutely right: in order to look good bald, you have to overcompensate for it by being top 1% in terms of frame, facial structure/symmetry and fitness. The thing is that those actors are so out of the ordinary in other aspects that their baldness doesn't detract too many points from them, but all of them would look even better with a fitting haircut (an example of this would be Jason Momoa, who's similar in frame but more popular among women than Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, etc). The bottom line is that baldness never adds points, it always detracts. If you're already unattractive you won't become attractive to anyone by going bald; if you're already attractive you might get away with it... maybe.

Probably generally yes men can look less attractive, but some men just kill it with a shaved head. Have you seen the transformation of CNN reporter Boris Sanchez? Completely ordinary attractive dude with slightly receding hair and clean shaven, and recently over the last year he shaves his head and rocks a beard and he looks like a mega stud now. Go figure
@v9b23j6 ай бұрын
It's probably because he exudes confidence. It's also the way he carries himself. Maybe a lot of bald men are so self-conscious about their baldness that they don't feel confident about themselves, and it shows in the way they carry themselves.
