I have a technical question! Since foreigners are not allowed to own land in Georgia, when purchasing a residential property such as an apartment in an apartment building, do you then not also own a part of the land on which the apartment building exists?!

Good question but please be noted that the restriction is only for the land where the status of the land is registered as an “agricultural land” but in case of the development project, to get the permission for the development the status of the land should be “residential “, where the restriction does not apply
