Brussel sprouts ARE delicious! Problem is that most people don't cook them correctly. They have to be roasted. Preheat oven to 400f Clean them Cut them in half Lightly coat with olive oil Salt & black pepper to taste Roast for 35 min or until some of the leaves start to crisp, turning once during cooking
