Given how Itachi both on the battlefield at age 4 and during the 9 tails attack at age 5, found himself so deeply affected by the violence he saw and it nearly awakened his sharingan, could Itachi have survived the warring states era or was his heart too soft?

How much would have changed if Itachi had awakened the sharingan before joining the academy, in terms of how much stronger he would have become?

@@NarutoExplained I think would’ve drastically changed some major events like the Uchiha massacre. There would’ve definitely been the potential for Itachi to be stronger than Fugaku.

The Itachi Novels are peak content, I got a chance to pick them up for cheap during lockdown. Best $20 I've spent on Amazon. If you haven't already, I hope you do a video on Naruto's first ever interaction with Itachi, where Naruto discusses his dream to become Hokage and Itachi becomes the first person to acknowledge his dream and tells him "you can do it". I think it's in the second book, very touching scene and not a lot of people know about it.

@ literally almost nobody knows that Itachi was the first person to acknowledge Naruto as anybody other than the Nine-Tailed Fox and told him he could achieve his dream of becoming Hokage because he sensed the same fire in Naruto that Shisui had and it recontextualizes their meeting during the War Arc when Itachi asks Naruto again if he has the same dream as his parents and also tells him that he has the same soul and integrity as Shisui. Itachi in many ways was also like Naruto’s big brother too.

The thought of seeing Itachi teaching Sarada on using her MGS, man that would’ve been something. The whole concept of her Sharingan being powered by love, that alone would’ve intrigued Itachi to level her up beyond any other Uchiha.. Kishimoto needs to do a “What If” series for Naruto anime

I didn’t know about itachis story until I saw the filler eps that covered the entirety of the flashback and then I went to read it. I know you didn’t watch the shippuden anime but I’m grateful they did filler ep that covered stuff like this or else I never would’ve known Retsuden novels existed.

Maybe later BUT I'll say this most of the people who say that stuff end up exposing they dont know how the powers work and dont know there's a difference between six paths sage mode and six paths power...Example: the Jigen fight exposed the lack of comp by a lot of people. "why didn't naruto use the bijuu rasenshuriken?" which Jigen hard counters it... "why didn't naruto use boil release?" the power gap between naruto and jigen was too big in their fight, THREE hits was enough to leave Naruto near unconcious... why didn't Sasuke use the basic rinnegan power...the same rinnegan powers that Jigen hard counters with Isshiki's chakra? there isn't a problem with their powers in boruto, there's a problem in most the people complaining dont understand how their powers work beyond a surface level.

I'm probably wrong but I remember in the anime itachi commented that both fugaku & mikoto were out on a mission the night he nine-tails was unleashed. Again I'm probably wrong but it's bothered me weather or not fugsku would've been their to try and calm kurama.

I don't know if you do "what if's" but what if team 7 never took the chunin exams? Then sasuke would've never gotten the curse mark. Or what if kaakshi adopted sakura (her parents would've died in the nine-tails attack)?

Itachi is without discussion the strongest uchiha ever.. after sasuke of course. Kishimoto said in an interview that he took out itachi cause he was overpowered
