Just a quick piece of information for those reading the comments here or that are Jewish. I am a Christian. I have never been in a sermon that has talked negatively about the Jews or even put them down. We are not taught to hate or dislike the Jews. Sermons give the history of the Bible. If someone belongs to a Christian church that does put Jews down then it’s not a church about God.

Why put the Muslims of Islam down. We have nothing against the Jews or the Christians because we have nothing mixed with either of them.!

How can David be King forever when he is dead? He can only be king through a righteous branch.

One thing: this utopia comes after the Messiah destroys the enemies of Israel. This is prophecy that has not yet been fulfilled.

No, with respect I totally disagree. Jesus has yet to come back and at that time the word will live in what you described as a wonderful environment. Also John the Baptist denied being Elijah, he said he was the voice crying in the wilderness. The only way you can truly know the Messiah is by allowing God's Holy Spirit to enter your being, then you will experience what Jesus said, The Witness and Peace, internal peace that is beyond understanding. You can flip pages and pages of the old testament and you will never have the truth, you will never have the Blessed assurance of The Holy Spirit in you. Thats why, the real reason why we Christians are so surprised at your rejection. But the Bible also mentions that.

Jews have always defied God look at the Old Testimate and they will continue until the full number of the Gentiles come in. Isaiah 6:9 And He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on seeing, but do not perceive.’ 10 “Make the heart of this people dull, And their ears heavy, And shut their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And return and be healed.” 11 Then I said, “Lord, how long?” And He answered: “Until the cities are laid waste and without inhabitant, The houses are without a man, The land is utterly desolate, 12 The Lord has removed men far away, And the forsaken places are many in the midst of the land. 13 But yet a tenth will be in it, And will return and be for consuming, As a terebinth tree or as an oak, Whose stump remains when it is cut down. So the holy seed shall be its stump.”

Something I don't understand about the Jewish Messiahs coming, is that it seems that "the utopia" arrives first, than the messiah rules?? Why would a Messiah be necessary if peace is accomplised without the Messiah? Would not a child have to be raised up from David to become the King? Is that child alive to day? And is Elijah resurrected before the Messiah arrives?

Very interesting. Can you explain John 5: 41-47 to me? Maybe I'm just confused. Also curious about Psalm 22? And why did Jesus quote this scripture on the cross? And why would he quote that Old Testament passage 1000 years before it happened? Love to hear your insights. Thanks.

There are a steadily growing number of brave Biblical scholars, scholars from other fields, historians and former Christians who are questioning the very existence of Jesus of Nazareth as a historical person. See the works of Dr. Richard Carrier, Dr. Robert M. Price, Raphael Lataster, Ph.D., author David Fitzgerald, former Evangelical minister, Dan Barker, Frank Zindler and Earl Doherty, to name a few.

“Why Jews Don’t See Jesus in the Jewish Bible” The old testament covenant ended and it most certainly left a mark'' ...bastard child of Mary was crucified today.'' Our Father who art in heaven. So now you know, a little boy from Bethlehem would not become the messiah but the ''Christ'' of a new covenant...lta
