I Don't agree that it's ok to have affairs with hundreds of women just because you are a musician and on the road touring!! Cheating is NOT ok. At least not for me. I don't understand how that is having mutual respect for each other. Respect would be not cheating and being faithful to your spouse no matter who you are or what your job is. Just my opinion. I think Jon is right in his assessment, he got it right the first time. He found a woman of values, generous, supporting, independent… he found gold and was smart enough not to screw up with all the spotlight, because he was the Harry Styles of that generation and it would have been so easy to do. I think rock life is a mirage, where everyone keeps telling you how amazing you are and that you can get whatever you want, until you loose touch with reality. Having Dorothea and his children kept Jon sane and rooted. I always loved that Dorothea wanted to stay out of the spotlight until it came the moment that she had to be in it in order to help others. She’s a great woman and I’m happy for them both (although I was one of those broken hearted fans when he got married 😂, if not me, I’m so glad it’s her)

What a beautiful family, I have so much respect for them. They dont claim to be perfect, and they dont shy away from their faults, they face them together as a family. My respect for that is almost as great as my respect for him as a performer and his talent.
