I think one thing to keep in mind is, it’s not just Justin that Blake Lively is suing. It’s Jamey Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel. All of these people are defendants and she is saying that both Steve and Jamey allegedly sexually harassed her. Justin would need to be aligned with the rest of his codefendants. They would all need to agree to settle. Some of them may not want to settle and walk away with nothing.

The speculation is he relayed his experience with Blake to his wife, who recognized the red flags and had him document everything. No doubt that she’s carrying this same sentiment and he holds it, because both seem to be very passionate about the film’s message and being/raising good men. I 100% believe she wouldn’t let him settle unless it entails a public admission of guilt and lies from Blake and Ryan as a last resort.
