The Kia vibration is not due to any of these problems, it’s most likely the alternator pulley.

I replaced engine mount and still engine vibration…should I replace the alternator with new pulley or what do u suggest?

Question: I have an elantra 2013 SE Coupe. The car runs rough at idle when the cooling fans or A/C kicks in. When driving it runs fine. What is the cause of this? The rpm needle at idle when these systems kick in will drop around 200 rpm less and just idle rough till the A/C or cooling fan disengages.

it causes the compressor to kick in when you turn the ac which is driven by a belt which is connected to the engine. But its probably the engine having hard time powering the compressor

@neiljustinealmenor8854 thanks I figured it was the compressor. I also installed new radiator fans (balanced with small weighted clips) and seemed to also help run slightly smoother) haven't really done much to it since the idle is not as bad as it used to be.
