I logged into youtube specifically to engage into a talk which talks about kindness. I get so enraged when things don't work my way. It angers me. I realize that internally I become unkind to people. I do think for once letting my anger out, which I don't do but that is again frustrating. I don't wanna be a person like this.I don't wanna poison my head against anyone even momentarily. This was extensively inspiring. Thanks John!

My group, "Flotsam, Reconsidered", takes clothing, appliances, books, etc..and passes them on to people in need. I make it a point to learn their names, their kid's names, where they are from, how they came to be in want..and then, give them, based on what they have said, and I have heard..things I think they can use. I also seek out other venues, such as a local church which has a free store for people in need. Many poor families have children, and recently when a neighbor's child outgrew the stroller/pram..they gave it to me. I wiped and cleaned it, as it was still in great condition, and passed it to the free store, for another to use. It really does not take an advanced college degree, or a huge amount of money to perform acts of kindness. Start where you are - use what you have - and then, DO WHAT YOU CAN!! From NYC Union Square...Blest be, all.
