Yes It is true that Venkatesh Iyer isn't worth 23cr but He is a match winner. I still remember that season when KKR lost 8 matches then Venkatesh came and boy o boy KKR reached the final that season. Even after that season He won KKR many crucial matches by his performance on the field. See cricket is played by humans. Venkatesh's ipl career started with KKR and He is deeply loyal to the franchise. It is sad that an auction dynamic played such a way that We couldn't buy back Nitish.

Impact player as per situations 1. If you lose too many wickets in early overs of powerplay then bring in Ankrish Raghuvanshi as in top middle order batsman for no.3 or 4 . 2. If you are 4,5 wickets down in early middle overs bring Manish Pandey to bat in middle overs 3. If spin friendly pitch bring Mayank Markande or Anukul Roy who can bat as well . 4. Umran Malik if its a flat pitch and fast bowling track .
