When toni said "We always have pain inside our hearts, we just learn to live with it." I felt that. Back then, I had a depression and I never thought na maranasan ko yun. 1 year and half akong depress umiiyak wondering bakit ko nararanasan yun. And totoo pala na di talaga biro. And doon ko narealize kung bakit napakadaming nagpapakamatay kapag nadedepress. Kasi they don't want to be depress. Ayaw nilang maramdaman yung lungkot na napakabigat sa puso at isip. Talagang hahatakin ka pababa. I remember that time na pinipilit ko nalang matulog para diko maramdaman yung sakit tas everytime na gigising ka ng umaga gusto ko nalang matulog ulet kase isang buong araw ko nanaman na titiisin at mararamdaman yung sakit na kahit ayaw ko naman pansinin at isipin nangingibabaw sa puso ko. But eventually, you will learn to live with the pain. And I am so thankful 'cause that's when I met God. He broke me inorder for me to be fix again. And it always makes me smile how God transformed me for who I am today. I always imagine mysef to be a small jar with a big stone inside of me back then when I was depress. But now, isa na akong malaking jar but andon padin yung bato sa loob, yung pain ko. But diko na iniinda kasi God made me grow as person. And I also realized hindi lahat ng blessing ay happiness, yung iba ay pain. If that pain will eventually lead you closer to God, so be it. Break me Lord as many times in order for You to fix me again, kahit gaano kasakit. If that pain will lead me closer to You then break me again Lord. kaya kagaya ni Paul na nakaranas ng thorn in the flesh, he pleaded many times kay Lord para alisin yun but it never happen ,instead sinabi ni Lord that His power works best in times of weakness. Totoo nga, kung kelan ako nanghina noon doon ko mas naramdaman ang presensya Niya doon ko iniyak lahat, binuhos lahat na parang isang bata na nagsusumbong sa magulang niya. It felt so wonderful Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:8‭-‬10 NLT kaya kagaya ni Paul I am now glad of my weakness kasi dito mas nararamdaman ang presence ni Lord. If diko kilala si Lord baka nagpakamatay nadin ako but He loves me so that He willingly wait for me. Kaya wag po tayo susuko when we feel pain. Dahil minsan yun ang calling ni Lord for us to be save.

My heart goes for this actress. Everytime she would cry because of what happened to her contract, I wanna hug her. Kahit ako naexperience ko yan, hindi nga lang sa pag-aartista and it would give you a lot of things to think of to the point na maiinsecure ka na din. Nakakagulat din na hindi pa pala siya nakakapanalo ng award eh magaling naman siyang actress. Nakakainis din ung mga bosses niya na gusto siyang patabain. For me, isa siya sa mga Filipina actress na pwedeng ipanglaban ang body kasi kitang-kita ang fitness sa kanya.

It’s very relatable. I am a people pleaser too it’s been ingrained into me since I was a child. I was always the hyper kid, always on, but when it came right down to it, I wanted to fit in. I wanted to be liked so I did things for others, sometimes when I really didn’t want to. This has followed me into adulthood and has made it really difficult at times for me to say no to others. I tend to overcommit myself, whether that is with different agreeing to help people with their projects, volunteering my time with organizations, the list goes on and on and on. When I come out of that manic phase, I am left with a pile of commitments and not even close to enough time to complete them. This throws my balance right off, which ups my anxiety and then cycles me into depression. If you’ve ever lived in that place, you know that not much gets accomplished there. The one great thing that has come out of all of this is that it has taught me a lesson; I’ve learned how to say no. YOU ARE NOT REALLY OBLIGED TO DO SOMETHING TO SOMEONE. YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN REALLY IDENTIFY YOUR PRIORITIES IN LIFE. LIFE MOVES ON. 🌱💫

It was an insider info na hindi pa man nag-eexpire yung contract ni Kris e, bumubulong na raw siya sa kabilang network if pwede lumipat then nalaman ng mga bosses and heads ng GMA. She was about to move to ABS-CBN last 2020 when the pandemic and the chaos of the network happened and is the reason of Kris cancelling her move of network. She was about to get renewed daw po sana talaga but because of what she did and the network took offense of it which is completely understood on GMA's part, hindi na naofferan pa si Kris ng new contract.
