the topic of the initial idea for the music video for The Edge of Glory is also interesting, there was a completely different and more interesting concept than what we got, there were also graphics somewhere on the Internet, I know that some of the things were later used in the music video for You and I, a very interesting topic

I agree with the vmas being a show where it’s supposed to be go big or go home like it’s know for having such iconic moments and if anyone knows about pulling an iconic moment is lady Gaga herself like her 2013 performances I loved it but now knowing that the original concept was scrapped I felt it would have been way better and definitely would have been the talk of the week and plus she opened up the show so might as well start off with a bang

When she came out in the bikini, it was very emotional for me. To me she was beaming from cheek to cheek and radiating happiness. It showed she was healed from her injury and ready to perform. Ready for her new era. I think how long she was injured and unable to properly walk is something we simply must take into account here. She was reborn. It’s my second favourite performance of hers. Fav is 2009 Paparazzi of COURSE.

The second photograph you referenced is “Saturn Eating His Son” by Francisco Goya. It’s one’s of his black paintings and the legend of the story is that Saturn would one day be killed by his child so every time a child would s born of his descent he would eat them, but his wife hid one who would then overthrow him.

I think the "no sleep" was in reference to the song "no sleep till Brooklyn," which was being used to promote the VMA's in Brooklyn that year. Additionally, I believe that ad used the song, and ended with something like "no sleep till Gaga opens the VMA's."

I was cracking up at the fact that this person thought that “No Sleep” had something to do with some interview she had. You’re absolutely right, it has to do with the iconic Beastie Boys song since the actual show was held in Brooklyn. 😅

I think the MANiCURE script is fake. it kinda made it's way into the leaks through the chaos that the ARTPOP demo and the photoshoot created. Even Gaga wouldn't be able to pull off such a thing.

@@Raaaadiiii idk, it kinda seems real since I read an article when Gaga said she offered a lap dance to Charlie Sheen, and that was in the script.Also , Lindsay Lohan was supposed to be in it.I remember her saying in 2012 that she will star in one music video of Gaga , but that never happened.Maybe it was just a wild idea , a concept for the third part of Paparazzi-Telephone sequel since Aura's music video never happened.
