How long does it usually take for the positive thoughts to manifest the new reality? For example if you have been thinking negative thoughts and you switch to positive ones does that negative energy you have accumulated have to dissipate first?

i second this question. my opinion is that consistency sure has to be an important factor, but intensity can also alter our energy quickly enough to see results One thing to do is find joy from within. From there, the external world will show you synchronicities that reflect your changes in your internal world. when you recognize the signs, it’s a matter of taking actions in the external world that add to that joy What stops us from experiencing our inner joy as outer experiences? i don’t know, maybe doubt? what counteracts doubt? i don’t know, maybe…
