Why Life Is Not An End Game
When we think of life as an end game we are always on a losing streak. Why?
Because we are continually putting our happiness into a future event or circumstance and if we are not there we are always feeling dissatisfied and unhappy.
This is something that I had continuously suffered with in the past over and over again and even when I did get what I wanted the moment was fleeting at best and it wasn't long before I was back to dissatisfaction and unhappiness.
The reason for this was not because I hadn't found the thing situation etc that I wanted that would end my misery for good and leave me feeling happy for eternity but because there was this process that I had completely bypassed which I was supposed to be engaging in on a daily basis.
That process was 'My Life'
In today's video, I talk about something that I have recently undertaken in the past 6-7 months and how being present with what I am doing is not only helping me to understand and enjoy the whole process but also how that relates to how I see things in the rest of my life.
