You talk about every things but not about, How is climate temperature in January-February & March which quite is important for most of people who come from a cold country area & seeking a nice warm sunny place in during of winter special... Right now I write you this message is 23,01,2022 and I'm in La Mata and I experience the same climate as UK & many other cold country in Europe, Right now is raining here and uncomfortable cold climate... Around 100 to 250 depending on time of year. But also with a solar water heater it's reducing it by at least 40 a month

There are gyms in Torrevieja nearby. Not one in La Mata itself as far as I am aware. Only a dance studio.
