What a way to start 2023 than to share with you my experience at the northern most distillery in the world, Aurora Spirits Distillery in Norway. My goals were to drink whiskey under the northern lights, visit this amazing distillery, and learn all about whiskey recipe development with my good friends at Spheric Spirits.
