Waste bhai. I am a big buyer of Mahindra vehicles, I own 8 Mahindra jeeto pickup trucks, 2 boleros for my business and I myself WAS using Scorpio and my dad is still using XUV. We faced so many issues with service centers, and it made me frustrated and sold my scorpio last year and switched to Jeep compass. Mahindra is getting defamed because of few Bad service centers and their managers

They came to you as you have a footprint on lot of “potential” customers. I was not treated nicely at all when i asked for answers or requested for proper service. Anyways I moved in. They will need a LOT of officials if they start visiting upset customers.

Let's hope they improve their average after sales service in future, that's the only department where they need to improve.

For my XUV500 under warranty Mahindra gives excellent support especially when i bring it to their notice via social media. Mahindra doing 100% perfect service. Don't know what would happen after 5 years.
