I'm not a hard Kayn user, but I think manamune works for the games that you cannot snowball, otherwise there are much better options like edge of night or collector. Is that true?

Manamune is one of the items that provides the most damage in the game, plus its passive does a lot of damage and synergizes with Kayn's passive, you can use it in any game.

Still Full Lethality for Blue Kayn. And Bruiser Build for Red Kayn. Although Lethality / Max Damage Red Kayn and Manamune Blue Kayn is my personal favorites 😁
