there is no debate that a temple was destroyed and a mosque was made.. there is a mosque near the qutub minar in which the Inscription clearly mentions that the mosque was made using the leftovers of the temple which existed there.. and this was very common for invaders to do.. but the debate is the places of worship act.. it clearly mentions that everything needs to stay how it was at 1947..so why all this use less gadbad?
