I’m really surprised with our use of Nkunku. Our attacking players haven’t been producing lately besides Palmer, and Nkunku is literally an elite player yet we don’t build around him. Just odd. This season's title race would be interesting because all three teams involved have frailties in some aspects like Liverpool have a strong first team but injuries and number of games may hinder them, Chelsea have the attack that can hurt most teams but the defence is nothing to write home about which will also cost them, and Arsenal on the other hand have the defence but their attack have been poor this season. But at least it will be more interesting than man city just farming the league.

Noni had issues under Poch. Dont forget that. He went out to Party when he was "injured" back then. Noni always was a bit lazy. If he cant perform to the standards set by the coach well move him on. Its like Younes said in the video. In a super young squad(ours is by far the youngest in EPL) you cant risk having an apple that starts to rott. If he doesnt get the memo 3 times already a Club like Chelsea might be too soon in his carrer pathway. Replace him with a winger who can play on both sides like Neto. Maresca talks about rotations but don’t do so when it’s needed. We don’t need Prem and UCL teams. We need all players playing and playing in their positions. Either a player is indiscipline or not good enough in any circumstance he shouldn't get guarantee for game. As said there must be competition among the players for coach to pick on right selection than personality choice that's not fit enough.

Osihmen would be a waste of money for our System. He simply wouldnt work.Yes he can bang goals. His hold up play is decent. But his link up and workrate off the ball is not good enough for the kind of football we are playing. He had one good season in italy and thats it. Since then his agent acts like Victor won the Balon´dor year after year and is about to pass prime R9. There is a reason why no big other Club realy went for him.

I am convinced that a player like Victor Osihmen with not only compete on the pitch and make the team hungrier but bring the best OUT of Nicholas Jackson. ChelseaFC owners need to support the coaching crew with an elite striker to convert the chances the CFC create. Maresca needs to handle Noni Madueke issue with wisdom & maturity to get the best from him.

Discipline is important in life especially managing any group of people including players. Ofcourse, Madueke is not Hazard and vice versa. We need established striker to give Jackson a competition after selling Nkunku
