I'll go with "should be made available" or perhaps part of an offered curriculum. But I agree with the point. If kids are required to receive RCT, there should also be a counter to the radical Left agenda.

There is nothing wrong with trade skills!! I was ecstatic to reward a plumber $225.00 for 10 minutes use of his hydrosnake and locating a sewer failure relating to a tenant plumbing issue. These skills are invaluable for daily existence! Thank you to the garbage people, plumbers, water treatment people, electricians, carpenters, truckers, factory workers, loggers...God Bless the FARMERS AND RANCHERS!!!! People who use their life skills are 10x's more valuable than a Phd. degree who won't get their hands dirty!!! God Bless the BLUE COLLARS!

Love you having Mike Rowe on - an American Hero like you are Beck. I'm one of 8 from that generation went through what you are talking about. My parents were married after WW2 - our Dad went to college (BU), then worked as a teacher while he worked at the Natick, MA drive-in while he had 3 kids so far - received his Master's Degree in Education at Harvard. He was a remarkable man. We moved when there were 7 of us to a bigger home that needed to be renovated and he did all that. I remember our Mom, so strict - just as smart as our Dad, created what we called then a "Fallout Shelter". She stocked Commander Byrds big cans of Apples" who kept his junk in our backyard barn in MA. I'm such a big fan of history learning from two men that are addressing and helping all - every so often I find a HERO - here you are. When I watched Prezident Zelinsky stay with his people today - I found another hero - there's so many there - men, women, and children. Thank you. Mimi (Grammy) Susan

Glenn, This truly has been one of the best shows of yours that I've seen. It showed that 2 men could talk without taking any perceived offense from the other person, without foul language and with respect for each other. This should be shown in schools with a rating z- not of G or PG -- but TLV, that is True Life Values, with a reading assignment of a "Rest of the Story" book.

My dad was a self employed plumber in the imperial valley California in the early 80’s. He says he learned back then that you knew how to run your business by watching the TV. When the TV was telling you to be scared business would start to dry up. He said eventually people start to get tired of being scared. I think that’s where we’re at now. We are tired of being scared

When Glenn asked Mike who his favorite story teller was, I immediately thought "Paul Harvey," before Mike answered the same. My Grandpa was a great story teller. I used to just hang around him at family gatherings just to hear him tell story after story to whomever would listen.....it has a lot to do with rhythm. Mike is a good story teller, and so, of course, is Glenn. Hence, why I stuck around for the whole one hour and eleven minutes. Thanks, guys..

T the safety issue is true. I used to drive a 18 wheeler, I noticed when the seatbelt law came about 4 wheeler's drove more erratic. When airbags came along it got worse. A driver I was talking with on the c.b he said something I never forgot. He said, if the car Co. would place a anvil on the steering wheel instead of a airbag, these nuts would quit this crazy driving overnight. Made a lot of sense.

Yeah, I have done too much commercial construction and honestly gloves and glasses do make sense...even the lighter gloves make a world of difference and I know both ways I promise...but alot of it is wild and too broad a construct... harnesses even on a roof(though technically required in more places than that lower to the ground) a a giant hazard, most falls are from tripping on an air hose or power cord on the incline as is, now there are as many more trip lines as there are workers present and they aren't an invincible empowerment, there needs to be a protocol to get someone off of theme should they fall, and pronto.... have worked for psychos that think you can roof with a half inch of ice on roof because, harnesses...crazy
