Nathan Elias WCAC is not the best conference in the country. That conference is very very good but CIF Southern section is by far the best conference/regionals in the nation. They produce the most NBA/NCAA talent as well as the most schools in the top 50 teams in the nation as well as the top 100 players in the country mostly coming from or playing in the Southern California. Florida, New Jersey, Georgia and and Texas are also just as good as the teams in the WCAC.

CIF has some good teams but PVI(VA) beat Sierra canyon,Dematha(MD) best Rancho Christian two of the best teams in the CIF got beat by WCAC

Nathan Elias As of last season yes the top teams were definitely from the DMV however the CIF on average has more depth with more teams being ranked. Every other year CIF usually has the best teams in the nation.
